Painting as a team Building activity has vastly become a popular event and rightly so..

The event itself is not just a matter of putting paint to canvas, the event is structured well to require planning, communication, trust and team collaboration. With everything supplied including aprons to protect their clothing the teams are briefed on their task ahead. In this occasion the team after a morning of conferencing were give the task to transfer the topic of the conference / outcomes into a visual on the canvas. This took quite a bit of planning by the teams, in fact this stage normally takes around 20 minutes to plan, sketch, and allocate roles before even touching their canvas. However it is so important that the delegates are all on the same page and have the same vision.
